FieldPost AI, Inc. (“FieldPost,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. FieldPost is offered to users in the United States who are at least 18. Using the service means you accept these practices.
You give us: your name and email at signup. Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk — including sign-in with Google, from which we receive your name and email. FieldPost never receives or stores your password.
Voice Profile inputs: your content domain, goals, writing style characteristics, preferred tone, words and phrases to use or avoid, hashtag preferences, and sample captions you provide from your existing presence.
Content you submit: the descriptions of moments and topics you write. FieldPost is text-only — we don’t support media uploads and we don’t record, collect, or analyze audio or video.
Editing activity: when you revise generated content or give instructions like “make it shorter,” we record the instruction and the resulting text. This is a core input to your VP’s learning and is stored as part of your account data.
Automatically: how you use the service (features used, content generated and selected, style preferences, session timing), device and browser information, and server logs including IP address. Our marketing site uses Google Analytics for measurement only — no advertising features, and not inside the app.
Attribution: at signup we capture how you reached us, including UTM values and referral identifiers.
Waitlist: if you ask for beta access on fieldpost.ai without creating an account, we collect the email address you enter and how you reached us — UTM values and referral identifiers. We store that in our own systems and create a contact for you in our customer relationship platform so we can reach you when a place opens. We do not create an account for you, and we do not add you to a marketing programme.
Communications: if you contact us, your name, email, and message.
To run the service and generate your content; to build and refine your Voice Profile; to personalize your experience; to communicate with you about the beta, security, and support; to understand usage and improve the product; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to meet legal obligations.
Personal learning, not general training. FieldPost learns from your content, edits, and behavior — that’s how your VP improves. That learning is personal to you. We do not use your content or VP data to train general-purpose AI models shared across unrelated users or products. We process VP data as needed to generate your content and, in limited cases, for debugging, quality assurance, security, abuse prevention, and support on your account.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and where legally required.

Content sent to our AI providers goes through their business API services. We do not authorize them to train their models on your data or use it for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect the rights and safety of FieldPost, our users, or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets — in which case we’ll notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
We keep your account information, VP data, content, editing history, and usage history for as long as your account is active.
Deleting your account removes all of it — Voice Profiles, voice sources, submitted content, generated content and drafts, and editing history — including the identity record held by Clerk. Delete in account settings or email support@fieldpost.ai. We remove your data from active systems within 30 days; residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 35 additional days before being purged on our standard rotation. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
We keep a minimal record confirming an account existed and was deleted. It contains no name, email, or content.
Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them, until you take up a place and create an account, or until the beta closes — whichever comes first. To be removed from the waitlist, email support@fieldpost.ai; you do not need an account to ask.
Billing records are kept as long as tax, accounting, and legal rules require (generally seven years), even after deletion. We may keep limited information longer where the law requires it or to resolve disputes or prevent fraud.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and object to or restrict certain processing. Export your VP and content before deleting your account — we can’t recover it afterward. Email support@fieldpost.ai; we’ll respond within the time the law allows, generally 30 days.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on or your cookie settings. Our site honors the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect processing that already happened.
We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), authentication managed by Clerk, API rate limiting, access controls on production data, and regular review of our practices. No system is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we’ll notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
FieldPost is for users 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact support@fieldpost.ai and we’ll delete it and close the account.
We may update this policy as the service and the law change. We’ll update the “Last updated” date, and for material changes we’ll email you or post a notice in the app before the change takes effect.
